I am 27 years old programmer, like to program different things in my free time. I was long in my thought to start some project like this because of my child years, when I was inspired by the Frontier: Elite II game and later on by Frontier: First Encounters. The inspiration by almost infinite universe and gameplay, freedom of choice and stillness of space led me to a dream of creating a simulator, that will have the same atmosphere and spirit of Elite games, but will be made with modern graphics to represent a vast variety of space objects, and even more, so that one day I could run it in a huge display and sit down to enjoy the beauty of space.
I hope one day this project will become real, and I, as well as many other people, will be able to run it and become a true space explorer.
